Description

And here’s a sea-faring girl Misty in her Poke-Form

(Left-Right)

Ichtywave (Ichthyosaur + Wave)
Type – Type
Ability – Swift Swim – Boosts the Pokémon's Speed stat in rain.
Notable Attacks – Water Gun, Bubble Beam, Aqua Jet, Rage

This amphibic Pokemon can spend time on land, but is truly at home in the water. It’s quick in the sea, always ready to play and battle. It can also move quickly on land, slipping and sliding all around with ease. The only problem, it can get pretty temperamental.

+ Experience =

Dolphdro (Dolphin + Hydro)
Type – Water
Ability – Swift Swim – Boosts the Pokémon's Speed stat in rain.
Notable Attacks – Bubble Beam, Water Pulse, Hyper Voice, Dragon Breath

Dolphdro’s best attribute is speed, capable of moving on both land and sea with incredible swiftness. Despite its skills on the land, it still prefers to swim around in the water where it can move entirely freely. In the water, it’s speed is nearly unmatched by any Pokemon.

+ Experience =

Orcacean (Orca + Ocean)
Type – Water/Dragon
Ability – Swift Swim – Boosts the Pokémon's Speed stat in rain.
Notable Attacks – Hydro Pump, Water Spout, Dragon Pulse, Uproar, Ocean Crash

After evolving, Orcacean trades in a good amount of its land speed for sheer power and size. This dragonic whale however is no slouch, and is still a master at moving in the water. With the massive increase in power, this large Pokemon can devastate its opponents with incredible power. Along with learning several powerful water and dragon moves, it can also learn several sound-based attacks. The only thing more dangerous than an Orcacean, is an angry Orcacean.

-

Ocean Crash – A powerful move in which the Pokemon is sourrounded by water and crashes into their opponent. It also sadly does 1/3 damage to the user. It could be considered as a Water-Type counterpart to Flare Blitz and Wood Hammer.

-

Misty’s Pokemon form was one of the first I came up with, starting with her base form and building up all the way to the dragon whale Orcacean. I honestly love the design and feel it fits Misty well. Like with Ash’s line, you can still tell that this Pokemon is Misty thanks to the hair-style still being visible, AKA the ponytail on the back. As an Ichtywave and Dolphdro, she’s smaller than Ash, but as an Orcacean, she far larger and taller, not that Ash would mind.

Next up – Brock
